Privacy

Your attention is not the product.

Effective August 26, 2026. This notice explains how the Daniel Fernandez website and iOS app handle information.

iOS app

The app does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. Its interactive experiences work offline.

A booking brief created in the app remains on the current screen unless you choose Apple's share action. When you share, the destination you select handles the content under its own privacy terms.

Website booking inquiries

If you submit the booking form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, event type, date, location, guest estimate, and message. We use that information only to assess and respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship.

Website form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. We do not sell booking information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Site operation

We do not install advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and choices

Booking inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer a booking, keep necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask the team replying to your inquiry to correct or delete your information, subject to required recordkeeping.

Changes

If these practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
